The Breakout room has a full educational technology set up allowing for face-to-face, online and dual delivery of our training program.


This room is used for training and to host virtual workshops/meetings.

Building Form


The building form primarily consists of three primary elements described as follows:
i) An “ expanded ” corten box like structure at the east end of the building; which by way of its design, identifies the main entry lobby and articulates the buildings frontage to the public domain, particularly addressing the corner of Innovation Way and Puckey Avenue;


ii) A glazed and aluminium south facade which provides transparency to the uses within - identifying the principal internal circulation spine and method of natural ventilation. This facade is also punctuated by cantilevered ‘pod like’ meeting rooms in the shape of shipping containers honouring Illawarra’s rich stell industries past. These meeting rooms extend from the inside to the outside;


iii) A series of vertical concrete blade walls along the north elevation provide an external rhythm expressive of the cluster spaces within. Steel framed stairs fill the voids between these walls.
